About us
Sampoornam Apartment Owners Association is a registered "housing welfare association" comprised of Flat Owners of the Sampoornam Residential Complex, which was constructed by M/s Ajay Enterprises Private Limited (EROS Group) under the administration of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA).
Sampoornam has an area of 25 acres and is located on a road with eight lanes and a width of 130 meters. There will be around 3000 units. The construction of the residential complex is occurring in four distinct stages. The complex's first and second phases, including almost 1700 apartments, have been finished. Both sides of the residential complex are flanked by 100- and 24-meter-wide greenbelts. The Residential Complex consists of 2 BHK and 3 BHK units measuring between 835 and 1800 square feet.
