Notice for upcoming Special GBM for Members of Association of Sampoornam Apartment Owners Association
It is informed that Board of Member has decided in a Board Meeting held on 17.12.2022 at 18:00 PM, to call a Special General Meeting on 06.01.2023 at 11:00 AM at Buddha Park, EROS SAMPOORNAMto discuss and take advice from the Esteemed AOA Members for the following agenda:
1) Update and action going forward on Pending Maintenance Bill.
2) SOP of Housekeeping and Security
3) Releasing the Calendar of GBM for the Year 2023
4) Prioritizing the various issues published in MoM dated 17.12.2022 and will be published in MoM dated 24.12.2022.
5) Important Plan of Action
6) To constitute the Advisory Board.
If the quorum is not fulfilled then the same will take place on 08.01.2023 at 11:00 AM at Buddha Park, EROS SAMPOORNAM.
As such, all the esteemed members of AOA are requested to make it convenient to attend the Special GBM as scheduled.
