Message from President
Dear Members,
Together with the members of the Working Committee, we would like to extend our gratitude to all of our distinguished members for having the faith in us, electing us, and elevating us to the level of management. I want to reassure all of our members that the current management will make full use of all of our energy and resources in order to complete the planned work and projects that have been taken on by the management for the benefit of all of our members/ residents/ flat owners.
Our Commitment
We are starting a process driven approach for every single process in association.
Management paradigms that emphasize the importance of processes have rapidly gained popularity as a means of enhancing the effectiveness with which any given organization may bring about change. In the concept of process-based management, company operations are best seen as a set of interrelated processes that must be coordinated for the best possible outcome. Large communities or associations oversee and refine these procedures to realize their goals and stay true to their values.
A process is a set of steps taken to create something of value—an output that may be used as a raw material in another process. From sourcing supplies to handling customer complaints, all of a company's actions can and should be thought of as processes.
Stages in implementing Process Based Management
Any organization striving to implement process-based management has go through the following phases:
1. Documenting the processes
2. Analyzing the performance of processes
3. Taking measures for improving the processes
Advantages:
-
It gives a clear and global perspective of the association and the link between its many roles.
-
A process-managed association becomes more flexible and consistent than a hierarchical association.
-
People's interrelationships increase because procedures are smooth and influence multiple associational units.
-
Each procedure is allocated to a person or individuals who are in charge of it. Everyone in the association understands their role in each step and how they can assist the association achieve its goals.
-
The process removes silos and encourages cooperation.
-
It enables resource optimization, decreasing and optimizing management and operational expenses.
-
Processes are monitored. Each process has its own set of goals and indications.
-
The level of member’s satisfaction is the most crucial of all the indicators examined. The association's goal is to address the demands of members/ residents.
-
It seeks for ongoing process improvement. Inefficiencies, associational weaknesses, bottlenecks, and mistakes are swiftly and carefully recognized and addressed, lowering risks.
We are committed to establish a system that can automate the process. We are looking forward for cooperation from everyone to achieve this
