Advisory Notice on Important matters for Members of Association of Sampoornam Apartment Owners Association
This advisory note is being released from the office of President of Sampoornam Apartment Owners Association through the Secretary, to understand and aware of the facts of following matter:
1) Pending Maintenance Bill
2) Change of Vendor for Maintenance of Common Area
A communication on “Pending Maintenance Bill” and “Roll back of increased rate of CAM Charges” was discussed. Sampoornam Apartment Owners Association has updated the status of the same through its regular MoM.
At the same time, Working Committee of Sampoornam Apartment Owners Association is in process to finalize SOPs of Maintenance Agency and requirement of change of agency to improve the quality of work.
Kindly be advised that we are in process to come at conclusion. Any act of Inducement, Solicitation and Rumors shall be avoided till the SGBM called on 06.01.2023 and its resolution. If the quorum is not fulfilled then the same will take place on 08.01.2023 at 11:00 AM.
