Meeting on issues of Lifts

Dear Residents,

Please find the MoM of the meeting held on Maintaining the Lift.

A joint meeting between AOA Members (Mr. Dipankar Kumar and Mr. Yashpal Bhandari), Estate Manager- Mr. Babish Kumar and Team KONE (Mr. Gurpreet Singh and Mr.Sumit Bharadwaj) held today at 11:00 AM.

A detailed discussion along with random inspection of Lifts in G8, G1 and Y6 towers performed.

A thorough audit will start from second week of January on fitness of lift. In meanwhile, a Technical Support Executive Amit is on work. Please have a look at detailed MoM dated 29.12.2022 for your reference.
