POINTS DISCUSSED/ AGENDA

1.     Had a detailed discussion on all pros and cons and members available in meeting decided with majority that if EROS is coming with resolution with committed dates for all the issues were raised then finally legal proceedings to be started in court without any further details.

2.     Updates on Registrar office to be discussed. Change of name updated in Bank Account of SAOA.

3.     A last meeting to be held on 20.03.2023 with Estate Manager before registering the case in the Court.
