POINTS DISCUSSED/ AGENDA
1.    Maintenance bill discussion – Show cause notice given to the builder, Next step of legal notice to be decided after discussion on points of previous legal notice.
2.    Lift Audit report received, Repair and change of faulty parts schedule to be prepared.
3.    All the documents made available to the Bank for the name change formality. Mr Jeetendra will again follow up on the completion.
4.    House Keeping stated that due to deficiency of staff they are not able to clean the basement daily and will be able to do it on weekly basis. We need to prioritize it.
5.    Gumbad cleaning using water has not made much difference. Instruction to be given to Estate Manager to explore the ways and share the steps he would take.
6.    10 lights out of 49 faulty Street replaced by maintenance. Instructed to complete the task of faulty light replacement in this week.
7.    Messages to be floated in all groups asking for nomination of tower representative by Mr. Pankaj Chaudhary.
8.    Follow up on Buddha statue repair and painting along with Badminton court net procurement and repair to be done.
9.    Schedule a meeting to take status on pending task with Babish to be scheduled without fail.
10. Parking Allotment – Parking are being allotted along with booking for the buyers of new phase, Reminder to be sent to the builder for start distributing parking allotment letter to the existing residents.
11. Sign board to be installed at places of frequent visit of children and senior citizen.
Lift tiles cracked and broken to be replaced.
