Members discussed the following:

POINTS DISCUSSED/ AGENDA

1.     Maintenance issue- We got official confirmation from the EROS team at email of President for our meeting on March 31, 2023 at the EROS SAMPOORNAM Society.

2.     Lift issue Discussion – On March 24, 2023, the AOA team met with Bhabish to discuss the lift problem, but they were unable to proceed owing to a lack of funds.

3.     Pet issue- We first remind pet honors to obey the rules and regulations outlined in the available Act. If they do not obey the rules, fines will be imposed. This resolution will be passed in GBM.

4.     Light issue - We discussed and checked out the light in our erose premise status is not good, suggested to maintenance team.

5.     We shall address all matters concerning society on March 31, 2023, and after receiving a written document, we will make an announcement for residents/flat owners to release the payment. If EROS Group does not agree to our proposition, we will proceed for legal action.
