RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provisions of section 16 of the Bye Laws of UP Apartment Act 2011 published through Notification 3977/8-1-11-115D.A./02T.C.-I dated 16 November, 2011 and the same adopted by Sampoornam Apartment Owners Association, The Special GBM scheduled on Jan 6th, 2023 at 11:00 AM stands adjourned for want of quorum due to the non-availability of majority of members of Sampoornam Apartment Owners Association and residents/flat owners of Sampoornam Society at/within the scheduled time.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the adjourned meeting be scheduled to be held on Sunday i.e, 8th day of January 2023 at Buddha Park as Venue at 10:00 AM.
