Notice for GBM for Members of Association of Sampoornam Apartment Owners Association
General Body Meeting on 05.02.2023 at 11:00 AM at Buddha Park, EROS SAMPOORNAM is postponed and will be held on 12.02.2023 to discuss and take advice from the Esteemed AOA Members for the following agenda:
1) Update and action going forward on Pending Maintenance Bill.
2) Resolution for SOP for the following:
a. Housekeeping
b. Security
c. Use of Sports facility
3) Updates on various issues discussed in the SGBM 08.01.2023.
4) Important Plan of Action
5) To discuss the process of establishing the committee of Tower Representative
If there is any further development agenda will be updated before 48 hours of GBM.
As such, all the esteemed members of AOA are requested to make it convenient to attend the GBM as scheduled.

सम्पूर्णम अपार्टमेंट ओनर्स एसोसिएशन के सदस्यों के लिए जीबीएम हेतु सूचना
05.02.2023 को सुबह 11:00 बजे बुद्धा पार्क, इरोज सम्पूर्णम में आम सभा की बैठक स्थगित कर 12.02.2023 को आम सभा की बैठक 11:00 बजे बुद्धा पार्क, इरोज सम्पूर्णम में आयोजित की जा रही है। सम्मानित सदस्यों से निम्नलिखित एजेंडे पर चर्चा करने और सलाह लेने के लिए आयोजित की जाएगी:
1) लंबित मेंटेनेंस बिल पर चर्चा और आगे की कार्रवाई।
2) निम्नलिखित मानक संचालन प्रक्रियाओं (एस०ओ०पी०) पर विधेयक लाया जायेगा :
a) हाउसकीपिंग
b) सुरक्षा
c) खेल सुविधा (स्पोर्ट्स फैसिलिटी) का उपयोग
3) SGBM 08.01.2023 में चर्चा किए गए विभिन्न मुद्दों पर अपडेट।
4) महत्वपूर्ण कार्य योजना
5) टावर प्रतिनिधि की समिति गठित करने की प्रक्रिया पर चर्चा करना
यदि इन समयों में कोई और सम्बंधित एवं जरुरी मुद्दे आते हैं तो आम सभा के 48 घंटों पहले एजेंडे की जानकारी प्रसारित की जाएगी।
इसलिए, सोसायटी के सभी सम्मानित सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि जीबीएम में निर्धारित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार भाग जरूर लें।
